I completed 5 day water fast. But this time I used double distilled water, added liquid magnesium from Earthshift, immune shield from Sunwarrior. Then I used enzymes from puradyme 5 times a day. Probiotics three times a day. Bacopa from Earthshift (I capped the powder up myself) 6 capsules four times a day. I had done a 6 day juicing before 5 day water fast. This time fasting was like 80% easier. The last one was difficult.
