Helping Others 9 years agoI’ve helped a number of people achieve better health and wellness through giving them ideas to improve everything they are doing. I enjoy upgrading peoples health philosophy so that they can help themselves.
In particular I got someone into the foot soaking with vodka and minerals and this has helped their high blood pressure.

Pet Health & Terrain Modification 9 years, 2 months agoA mix of diatomaceous earth, digestive enzymes and barley grass powder added to dog food every night for about 2 months can help break parasite cycles.
Also take all pet bedding and put it out into the sun often to kill parasites/bugs, and dust the pets down with diatomaceous earth.

Pet Health & Terrain Modification 9 years, 2 months agoWhen my dog was a puppy I gave her superfoods, various kinds, and she is full of energy.
Recently I started including enzymes in their diet because of the nutrient assimilation benefits as well as the systemic cleansing that occurs, and this seems to have helped all the dogs.
