LIQUID DIET? Save your broths from vegetable cooking for the days you are not dry water fasting but liquid fasting. They are both nutritious and delicious. ALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. BATH IDEA: to a warm OR hot bath, Sprinkle some MSM (or use sulphur soap), a little coconut oil, and some seaweed (in one of those little metal balls that are made for brewing loose tea so it doesn’t stick to everything or clog the drain). Are you forever filling and refilling your water glass? I was and it was keeping me from drinking enough. Now I use a big 1 QT Mason Jar (same size as my ferments jars). 3RD DAY, 2 ROUND. My stomach hurts. I shouldn’t have eaten a solid meal last night! Also 2 aspirins are probably burning my stomach lining so I will put a spoon of honey in my magnet water to heal any ulcers. Usually takes pain away immediately! Star Date 3, 2nd orbit around this 14- day fasting, watery planet, Earth. I have been in my sleep pod for 17 hours! Have to break out my NASA soda crackers so I can take my medication. Peace out.

Day 2, 2nd time. Slept very well. Fasted until 6 pm and had a small bowl of homemade bean soup (made like Campbell’s) , soda crackers, Greek yogurt with Splenda (our friend), vanilla extract (real) and a strawberry. (Day 1, 2nd course. 1st was 14 days, intermittent) I had electrical energy, felt happy, aware, sociable, got out of the house and into nature, and completed things done I’ve been meaning to do for 7 days. I wish I had skipped supper.
