Dr. Robert Cassar 8 years, 7 months agoHaven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂

Sauna tactics 8 years, 7 months agoI don’t have a Sauna. I will have to look into local hotels that offer spa memberships. Maybe see how much they cost to buy or for my husband to build. This will take time. Being a slightly impatient do it myselfer, however, I initially thought I can steam the bathroom and use a heater, BUT the wallpaper will peel off! Not good.
