Has anyone experienced astral projection ? Any tips on going from sleep paralysis to out of body?

I will be going to Philadelphia for a week. I plan on bringing all my superfood herbs/powders in a carry on. I am also bringing a small amount of coconut oil in my “liquids” bag. The last thing I plan on bringing is a glass container. I think all of this should be fine. I will give an update after my trip on how going through airport security is with superfoods.
