Dear Dr. Cassar, Aloha, I have been very depressed lately. I mean bottom of the barrel, underwater, can’t get out of my own way. My biorhythms are all down in every category at the same time, too. I have recently lost a friend, too. I don’t know if the daily Niacin and B12 (which detoxes metals?) also detoxes antidepressants out of the body. Can it? I feel very unfocused, too, not lik…Read More

Hey folks.
New to the forum and good to see so many people have joined up. The earther vids are great and make so much sense with the practices discussed.
Just started a 3 week lemon/cayenne vitality drink fast (Dr Cassar style) -except with Moringa leaf instead of chlorella as described in video as I had a tub of it needing used up.
Also doing some quasha everyday. A different limb…Read MoreKev Cool joined the group Beginners – Advice needed 7 years, 6 months ago

If you are hungry on a water fast, have a large spoon of coconut oil and some ferment. If you haven’t made it yet, have some relish. I used sweet. Watch Dr. Cassar’s videos on making ferments. They pack a punch. Sometimes they ARE a punch. My bitter orange one tastes like Grand Marnier. And they will clean you up.

ALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. (Pretty salty but that’s good because I won’t be flowing too much.) Had my meds this morning with one soda cracker so I won’t get nauseated and lose them. Going to taste the plum ferment today. I will let…Read More

Well, I had my own recipe for RABBIT SALAD (WITH A HARD BOILED EGG ON THE SIDE) and EARTHER FLAX CRACKERS for early supper and later, a small bowl of my THAI CURRY AND RICE (RECIPE POSTED) using boiled eggs instead of chicken. Not too bad but next time, I’ll eat the egg separately. I ran out of the canned curry paste so I made my own and wow, it was so fresh and good! These are the…Read More

TODAY, I am making some more of those delicious FLAX SEED crackers that Dr. Cassar makes. I add Caraway seed to the regular recipe, not the Superfood version with the added ingredients and seaweeds. Because I don’t have a dehydrator and leaving them in an oven for 3 days on off and low WON’T WORK TRUST ME, I will pour them into circles and bake them on both sides. That makes them Pita…Read More

BATH IDEA: to a warm OR hot bath, Sprinkle some MSM (or use sulphur soap), a little coconut oil, and some seaweed (in one of those little metal balls that are made for brewing loose tea so it doesn’t stick to everything or clog the drain). Some magnesium sulfate (epsom salts), some sea salt, and some orange blossom essential oil or other type (if desired). Lavender would induce sleep.…Read More

Here is another favorite recipe for THAI CURRY CHICKEN without the CHICKEN. It comes from a restaurant that used to be in Destin, Florida called “Thai Delights”.
Simmer and steam (or Marinate Overnight, if RAW, add some fulvic acid or rice wine vinegar to soften) in coconut butter or olive oil (olive oil adds some color to imitate chicken), and water: cooked chicken (or make dish tas…Read MoreAthena Creamer posted an update in the group Dr. Robert Cassar 7 years, 7 months ago
Haven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂

I came here to find out about Morgellon’s disease and watched 2 spa videos on the subject of getting rid of all parasites. I was hooked! My first step was to devour all the videos that I could that first night, then to make up my mind that the next day I was going to start water fasting. Meanwhile I made my version of the skin cleanser and bought some organic coconut oil and cocoa butter…Read More

Athena’s Red Beans and Rice~ Bear in mind I cook this, but I’m trying to adapt for a raw diet here and HAVE NOT TRIED the alternative! (could the RAW CHEF do that?)
Soak 1 lb. dried red kidney beans overnight or boil in 12 c. waterfor 1 hr., let set for 1 hr., and cook for about 1 hr. or until soft(I put 2 aspirins in the water to soften quicker because I don’t have my fulvic acid) 2 c…Read More- Load More
