Dr. Robert Cassar 7 years, 7 months agoHaven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂

Electromagnetic hypersensitivity / EMF Intolerance / ElectroSensitivity: 7 years, 7 months agoOK, this is random, but I heard that if you have an AM radio with a long antenna, turn it on between stations so you get static and then sweep the room with it and if you hear it change to a more pleasant “white noise” it is pointing out a listening device in the room.

Water Fasting 7 years, 7 months ago3RD DAY, 2 ROUND. My stomach hurts. I shouldn’t have eaten a solid meal last night! Also 2 aspirins are probably burning my stomach lining so I will put a spoon of honey in my magnet water to heal any ulcers. Usually takes pain away immediately! Water Fasting 7 years, 7 months agoStar Date 3, 2nd orbit around this 14- day fasting, watery planet, Earth. I have been in my sleep pod for 17 hours! Have to break out my NASA soda crackers so I can take my medication. Peace out.

Water Fasting 7 years, 7 months agoDay 2, 2nd time. Slept very well. Fasted until 6 pm and had a small bowl of homemade bean soup (made like Campbell’s) , soda crackers, Greek yogurt with Splenda (our friend), vanilla extract (real) and a strawberry.
