Dear Dr. Cassar, Aloha, I have been very depressed lately. I mean bottom of the barrel, underwater, can’t get out of my own way. My biorhythms are all down in every category at the same time, too. ALOHA! Day 4, 2nd round intermittant water fasting. Breakfast: magnet water and one tsp. bitter orange ferment. Lunch, magnet water and hot onion broth with tablespoon of coconut oil. (Pretty salty but that’s good because I won’t be flowing too much.) Had my meds this morning with one soda cracker so I won’t get nauseated and lose them. Going to taste the plum ferment today. BATH IDEA: to a warm OR hot bath, Sprinkle some MSM (or use sulphur soap), a little coconut oil, and some seaweed (in one of those little metal balls that are made for brewing loose tea so it doesn’t stick to everything or clog the drain).
