Haven’t had meat in a week and I’m pleased with myself. Didn’t want to mention how nervous and snappy I was getting. I’m glad I listened to Dr. Cassar say that vegetarians need B vitamins for their nerve regeneration. So, I took B12 and Niacin and may get some B Complex. Feeling fine now 🙂

Hey @mrivera – what are you currently doing for Terrain Modification, while still breastfeeding? I’m doing his morning detox drink, then breakfast tea. Around lunch I’ll make a green smoothie, with a little fruit, then some sort of 80% raw/20% cooked vegan dinner. Are there any protocols that you know of, that are off limits for bfeeding?
