I am going to show you how I take care of my teeth, gums and gingiva with a Waterpik. The “Waterpik” is one of the best pieces of equipment to support preventing plaque, tartar, gum disease, dental caries, cavities and sensitive teeth.

Personally and clinically, I have found that the Waterpik is the best way to clean the gums thoroughly, and in between the teeth and gum line is where acidic, rotten food and pathogenic bacteria are hiding, causing tooth decay.

Diet can have a lot to do with your gum and tooth decay. Brushing and flossing are usually done incorrectly, or not enough.

Once the teeth and gums starts to decay, usually from a variety of flesh and enamel eating pathogenic bacteria, then maybe it’s time to upgrade, enhance and optimize the way you are cleaning, brushing, detoxing and protecting your gums and teeth.

Hopefully, your teeth and gums are still in great shape and you don’t have any dental caries at this time, but if you do have any dental or gum decay I recommend studying the Gum, Teeth and Mouth protocols.

Your goal is to make sure you can stop, or slow down the dental and gum disease or decay with these natural methods, which are proven to be excellent.

Most Disease Start In The Mouth.

Once our teeth and gums become damaged or decayed, the mouth can let into your body a myriad of pathogenic bacteria and parasites through the gums and teeth.

Bleeding Gums and Sensitive Teeth are a sure sign you are in your early stages of gum and tooth decay.

This course should be fairly easy to learn and practice, especially since you don’t have to change your diet, or anything drastic like that. The diet does make a difference when it comes to gum and tooth disease.

It really doesn’t matter what kind of diet you have if your teeth and gums are not being cleaned correctly.

Even if you are eating the best diet, or the worst diet like the “Organic Diet, SAD (Standard American Diet), Fruitarian Diet, Vegetarian or Carnivore Diets”. Small pieces of food will become stuck between the teeth and gums, and this is where the decay starts very easily.

For optimal gum and tooth health, I like to use the Waterpik every time I eat anything that has the chance of accumulating in my gums or teeth.

I have had many cavities due to not taking care of my teeth and gums with a Waterpik in the past.

Over the past 6 years I have been using the Waterpik, and the Mouth and Gum Healing Protocols for Detoxification and Rejuvenation. I have not had any teeth or gum decay, bad breath, tartar or sensitive teeth.

Correct brushing and flossing does help for sure, but I have found that the pressurized water or Waterpik, if used correctly, is one of the best tools to have in your bathroom for gum and dental health.

Eating dried fruit, lemons, meat, carbohydrates like chips or sugary anything, all can start early tooth decay in children or young adults.

“Oral health is essential to general health and well-being at every stage of life. A healthy mouth enables not only nutrition of the physical body, but also enhances social interaction and promotes self-esteem and feelings of well-being. The mouth serves as a “window” to the rest of the body, providing signals of general health disorders.” – source: https://www.dentalhealth.ie/dentalhealth/causes/general.html

Bad Breath.

Garlic breath is one thing but when someone has rotten stinky breath, this usually is the beginning of dental caries, plaque build up, tarter or flesh/gingiva rot.

Between the gums and teeth is where the flesh and tooth rot start to erode together. In time, the tooth and gum line will ultimately damage the tooth and gums beyond repair and result in mouth rot.

Following the simple and effective Mouth and Gums Protocols we call “Terrain Modification”, can quickly slow down or stop most infections.

Most people will let the tooth and gum damage go too long, and then it is much more difficult to repair the teeth or gum tissues without surgery, or medical intervention.

Periodontitis is inflammation of the gums and supporting structures of the teeth. It is one of the most common human diseases – Early Periodontal Disease.

Periodontitis is caused by certain bacteria (known as periodontal bacteria), and by the local inflammation triggered by those bacteria (What Is Periodontitis – EFP – the EFP).

Symptoms: bad breath, toothache, sensitivity, bright red gums, loose teeth, receding gums, tender gums, or tooth loss. Also common: swelling or bleeding of gums.

Once the gums and teeth are in the decay stage, you are susceptible to getting a serious bone and jaw infections. So, it’s really important to spend time learning the protocols and cleaning, detoxing and protecting the gums and teeth daily.

Cleaning The Mouth And Gums.

Generally, most people clean their mouth and gums by brushing with fluoridated, toxic, chemical laden toothpaste and/or toxic mouthwash rinse.

I always recommend to only use a non-fluoridated toothpaste, or make your own.

The next step up from a toxic toothpaste is using a soft brush with a non-fluoridated toothpaste. If you do not have a Waterpik, your next best way of cleaning between the teeth is to use a thick floss between the gums and teeth for food/debris removal.

The very best way though is to use add a good Waterpik in your brushing and flossing routine.

Always try to brush your teeth with a “soft” natural, non-plastic bristle brush. Hard plastic bristles can wear down the gums by constant abrasion and irritation.

I also like to use the larger diameter floss first before I Waterpik. The larger diameter floss tends to damage the gums less, and is more effective to get out small pieces of food between the teeth and gums (see recommended products below).

Most people are being too abrasive to the gums by brushing incorrectly, using too much pressure on the gums by using a stiff plastic bristle that slowly wears down the teeth and gum tissue, causing tooth and gum decay.

Using a Waterpik with the mineral recipe I am going to show you, is the best way to clean, detox and sanitize the gums and tooth line.

Most of all, the Waterpik is best used to remove all of the small particles of food hiding between the teeth/gums. Tartar and plaque buildup are the beginning stages of bad breath, dental caries, cavities, parasites and gum disease.

Waterpik Recipe.

Use a 64 oz Mason Glass Jar (if you are using a 32 oz jar cut this recipe in half) and add:

Optional: I like to combine 5+ drops of Spearmint, SVA Organics Natural Therapeutic Clove Essential Oil 4 fl oz or SVA Organics Natural Therapeutic Oregano Essential Oil 4 fl oz combined with the 5 drops of peppermint, in my recipe (I only use steam distilled essential oils).

Optional: 1 tsp of MSM Powder (to help with the gum line).

This Waterpik solution stays on my sink in the bathroom, so it is ready to fill the waterpik back up again, – shake and the recipe is ready.

At the end of my Waterpik session, I keep my mouth full of the solution and swish for 30-60 seconds, then spit out in the sink.

Use a BPA Free Top to shake and cover your Waterpik recipe in the 32-64 oz Mason jar for use in the next few days/weeks.

After I am done with the Waterpik, I add 2-3 sprays of Ionic Magnesium Concentrate and Living Silica in my mouth, and swish around and keep in the mouth for a few minutes, then swallow.

Adding a few sprays of the Ionic Magnesium into your mouth may feel a little intense at first, but really helps heal the gum tissues for regeneration.

Finally, I like to use a stainless steel or Copper Tongue Cleaner to clean deeply into the back of the tongue, to release a weird pasty substance on your tongue I call the “GAK”.

Once you clean and detox the mouth and tongue, you can actually taste your food much better.

Optional: If your teeth have some stains on them, you can use “Fossil Shell Flour” for tooth polishing and whitening the teeth naturally (see recommended videos below).

After using this protocol one time, your mouth should feel overhauled and cleansed. Nothing better than having fresh breath and a beautiful smile :))

So, the bottom line is to take care of your mouth, tongue, teeth and gums, because they are the only ones you’re going to have for the rest of your life.
