I like to be on the trail during the first 30 minutes of the sunrise. I stop a few times and sungaze (glasses off) for 5 to 10 minutes. While sungazing I am deep breathing through my nose while being a in mindfulness state. I know of no better way to start my day and really feel great after each sungazing.
