It’s that time of the year again – it’s my 61st Birthday… I feel like I just had a birthday, just a short time ago 🙂
As we all get older time seems to speed up, or maybe it’s that some of us have more responsibilities now. Usually as you get older we all slow down and really don’t want to start any new ventures – we are in the mode of retirement etc.
I remember when I was 20 years old and I was thinking about what I am going to look like when I get to be an old person. We thought back then if you were over 50 years old you were an old man or woman, and if you are over 60 you’re a slow moving old grandpa. So, I guess you can say I am a ripe old man now.
Since I was a young boy from 14 years on, I have always wanted to see my body as my church or my temple. I was programmed early to see the body as a magnificent machine, and was totally inspired by the likes of the real life superheroes of their time like Jack Lalanne, Steve Reeves, Franco Columbu, Arnold Schwarzenegger, extreme athletes, people that were taking life to another higher level of existence. That type of living was what I was interested in, and have followed that Prime Directive all of my life.
Now, looking back at my life, I am sure glad I was inspired by these individuals to train the body and feed the body the best you know how too.
I hope people are stimulated by other people’s works like I have been, by someone that has helped you to become better in some way.
I learned at an early age to eat as natural food as I can, and stay away from processed foods, exercise daily and always make the better choices of a cleaner lifestyle which has aided my long health/fitness journey, as one of my main “Prime Directives” in life was to become better than I was the year before, not only physically but mentally, emotionally and energetically.
The best part of my journey so far is that I am still experimenting, researching, learning and practicing new ideas daily.
Parasites, Detoxification And Correct Nutrition
There are 3 categories of life I have found to be lifesaving, not only for me, but anyone who is looking to regain their health, wellness and or emotional sanity.
In my current opinion, the 3 greatest areas of importance to thoroughly learn are:
Everyone has parasites is a very true statement. I don’t think there is a creature alive that is not infected, or in its life cycle will be infected, with some form of micro or macro parasite. Parasites are one of the most hideous, infectious and detrimental species of disease makers that is not understood well at all in Western Medicine.
In my opinion, with over 40 years of research and experimentation, I would say this is the most dangerous unseen diabolical force that causes more sickness and disease than any other calamity or statistics, when it comes to making disease.
I took this snapshot of statistics of deaths on April 1, 2022. According to worldometer.com, only 4 months into 2022 statistics, you can see how many people are dying from disease causing pathogens and toxicity. Deaths caused by parasites and toxicity make up most of the numbers on the chart.

Everyone has accumulated heavy metals, micro-plastics, a variety of chemicals including forever chemicals from non-stick pans, petrochemicals, endocrine disruptors, pesticides, etc.

Ask Yourself These Questions:
When was the last time you did a water/liquid or solid food fast for at least three days?
Fasting is an excellent way to reset the body and mind. There are lots of tips to learn before you start fasting. If you have never fasted before you may want to watch our videos on fasting, and watch some of the retreat fasting videos to get an idea of the results our groups fasting for 7-14 days got at our medically supervised medical retreats in Hawaii.
When was the last time you used a FIR sauna to sweat out toxicity?
I would suggest using a FIR (Far Infrared Sauna) at least 3-4 times a week for several months and learn the Sauna Detox and Gwashing Techniques and Protocols used in the sauna to help release more toxicity, for skin detoxification and deep pore cleansing.
The body is made up of 18 gallons of saltwater. Saunas combined with distilled water fasting is one of the easiest ways to support detoxification by sweating out the dirty water through the pores, then putting back in clean distilled water with some minerals, or a squeeze of lemon.
Are you Overweight or Underweight?
Losing or gaining lean body mass isn’t as easy as some people say it is. If you are overweight you may want to look at our videos on fasting, detoxification, saunas and water. And, if you are underweight and malnourished you may want to see the videos I have done on using only animal products to re-nourish the body, and the diet I used to gain 20+ pounds of solid muscle.
If you want to gain muscle (a word of the wise), you will have to do weight training or resistance training consistently 3 days a week for about 60 minutes a session, and learn about an anabolic diet.
Do you feel like you have Low Testosterone Levels?
Here is an introduction to increasing your testosterone levels naturally. Most people have low testosterone, and that can be caused by diet, not enough sun, ingesting endocrine chemicals, estrogen mimickers in plastics and can linings, radiation poisoning from wifi and other wireless tech.
There are a lot of symptoms that cause you to have low testosterone, which usually means low energy, no libido, increased fat from high estrogen production or intake and many others. These symptoms go for both males and females.
I will go over some good pointers to navigate and start to increase your testosterone naturally in the video.
Remember, in this world; You/I are the star, director and producer of our/your world and real time movie. If you do not like where you are at in your life stream, then it is possibly time to upgrade, enhance and optimize everything for the better, if you can. Turn the page and start a new chapter, and make a commitment until your next birthday. I try to make short term and also long term goals between birthdays.
If you are sick and tired of your world, then make an effort to change your world in a positive way.
