We are asking you a simple question, and try to answer it as truthful as you can: Are you “Eating To Live?” or “Living To Eat?”. Most people cannot seem to answer this question easily, and you really have to think about this question – not only in “Reason and Logic”, but also ask yourself this question: Are you living in “Excess”?
How Do We Know If We Are Living In Excess?
Most people are living in complete excess. Eating excessive amounts of foods all the time leads to gaining excess body fat, and gaining weight is a true sign of excessive behavior.
There are many types of “Excessive” behavior such as excessive food intake, excessive body fat accumulation, excessive time on social media, internet or TV, excessive junk in your house, excessive watching porn or gambling, etc.
It seems “Obesity” is the number 1 excessive behavior. Generally if you are overweight by 20 pounds or more, you are on your way to “LIVING TO EAT”.
What Body Fat Percentage Is Obese?
Levels in excess of 32% for women and 25% for men are generally considered to indicate obesity.
However, accurate measurement of body fat percentage is much more difficult than measurement of BMI.

Ideal Body Fat Percentage: Males is 8-12% and Females is 15-20%. Look at the massive increase of “Obese Adults” from 1990-2017:

For most people, eating primarily involves soothing and healing the emotional, mental body’s, and nutritionally feeding the physical body a variety of necessary nutrients and sustenance. This approach is a truly logical and a reasonable approach that is non-addictive.
To truly live life with vitality we must eat clean food, drink clean water and breath clean air, and not eat in excess.

People who are living to eat, use food as the prime directive of the entire day. When you are living to eat, your most important times of the day is Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks on and off all day. The “Living To Eat” approach generally is a disease waiting to happen, and an early death sentence for most.
The “Living To Eat” credo is to eat as much as you can, and as often as you can. And, don’t forget you’re on the specialized “SEE FOOD DIET” – which means if you see it you can eat it, and a lot of it.
The “SEE FOOD DIET” is always based around eating excessive amounts of food, and a constant pleasure of dopamine release through foods.
The “Body Fat Parasite” Has Us Trapped Inside Itself.
Just because you enjoy eating and seek pleasure from from food, it doesn’t mean you will get obese or grossly overweight.
It is eating in excess (or “Living To Eat”) and not doing any physical activity that is the deadly combination to activate sickness, and an early death. The USA and Canada ranking approx. 33% of the population is Obese.
The obesity/excess epidemic is starting to reach young children, and many other countries around the world.

Most Americans are eating because they are not feeling good emotionally. So the phrases “I eat all the time because I am not happy” or “I am unhappy, so I always eat” are so true for most.
You’re Not Hungry – The Parasites Are Hungry.
Parasites have a lot to do with what we like to eat, and when we like to eat.
“Are you hungry, or are They hungry?” – Is a question to ask yourself when you are hungry.
Try this experiment next time you are hungry:
Drink 24oz of distilled water adding 15-20 drops of Ionic Magnesium Concentrate to nurture your liquid body. Usually in just 2 minutes from drinking the mineralized water, your hunger pains are completely gone. So, your body wasn’t “Hungry” your body was just “Thirsty”.
Parasites are always hungry, and can feed and breed constantly if the body’s environment is sufficient.

As long as we are eating all of the time the parasites get stronger, until the parasitic colonies breed enough to completely control the host, unknown to the host or victim. The parasites are commanding their eating habits and addictions such as alcohol consumption, sexual behavior, social habits, unhappy feelings, exercise levels etc.
So, the moral of the story is: You were not “Hungry” you were just “Thirsty”.
You will find that most of the time our sense of hunger is really a sign of chronic dehydration.
The “Standard American People” (aka “S.A.P.”), young and old, are generally following the “Standard American Diet” (aka “S.A.D.”), which usually means you eat and drink everything and anything.
These two specific groups are where most biological, mental and emotional sickness and a myriad of dysfunctions develop over time.
Child Obesity in 2017 is an epidemic in the USA. If you are obese your mental, emotional or physical biology has been hijacked, most likely by mind controlling parasites.
The obese children of todays society are the next generation of obese adults that are supposed to be healthier, smarter and better than the last generation.
