I am going to show you my “Home Health Sanctuary” that I have created over the years. Your house can either be your simple domicile, or you can slowly create an atmosphere that will be your home health sanctuary.
When I created my personal home sanctuary I had to upgrade, enhance and optimize many areas of my house. I am going to show you some of the simple upgrades you can do a little at a time.
Creating A Home Health Sanctuary 10 Tips
Here are 10 simple tips for making your home into more of a “Health Sanctuary” instead of a “Toxic Domicile”, that will support your physical, mental, emotional and ethereal health and wellness.
Most people have no idea just how toxic their house really is, start to change your household into a sanctuary a little at a time. It may take you several months to upgrade, enhance and optimize your house into sanctuary status.

1 – Replace Toxic Indoor LED Lighting With Natural Light
One of the most important simple steps is to replace all of the lighting you have in your house to full spectrum incandescent light – “Old School Bulbs”.
Incandescent lights have a wire filament in them and do not pulse like LEDs or Fluorescent bulbs do. I do not like LED or fluorescent bulbs of any kind. They irritate my eyes and have caused damage to them over the time period I have used them, over the last few years.
Create dedicated spaces that are free of “Fluorescent” and “LED” lighting in your sanctuary.
Remove all toxic pulsed lighting and replace with full spectrum incandescent light that have a 2700K temperature rating.
Incandescent lights have a constant flow of electricity running through the wire filament in the bulb, causing a constant flow of light without pulsing. Incandescent lighting is much more natural of a light than the pulsed technology LED’s and fluorescent lighting.
There are many research studies that have shown negative and damaging effects from the bright white/blue light and pulsed frequencies being emitted from LEDs and fluorescent bulbs.
The incandescent light radiates a soft constant unbroken light and warm infrared heat produced by the constant flow of electricity to the wire filaments.
LED and Compact Fluorescent Lighting (CFL) use very high speed of broken or pulsed light to create the light source. This is called pulsed technology – “ON and OFF” at very high rates are how these bulbs work.
In my opinion, pulsed tech is very toxic and should not be used at all.
“Most people do not understand the differences in light exposures from various sources. I will explain in this section more thoroughly because of the misunderstanding of toxic and non toxic light.”
Some LEDs flicker at the range of 300-400 times per second which is extremely toxic to plants, insects, animals, and humans. This on/off light is not natural at all and should be avoided, especially in your home sanctuary.
Replace the bright white/blue light from LEDs and fluorescent pulsed technology bulbs to a warm yellow orange incandescent constant source of light.
4 Common Types Of Lights Used In Home And Office
The above photograph shows the 4 types of bulbs that are commonly used in the house and office. Most people have no idea that the lighting in their house is very toxic to their health and well-being accumulated over time.
Non Pulsed Lighting Versus Pulsed Lighting
Incandescent lights are smooth non pulsed light – similar to our sun in the sky. Incandescent lights do not pulse or turn on and off very quickly like fluorescent and LCD lights that are pulsed unnatural energetic technology.
The high speed pulses on fluorescent and LCD lights are so fast that your eye can not see the flickering, or pulsing, of the very high “on and off” speed.
Your smart television, smart appliances, cell towers, wifi routers, DVD players, printers and any wireless technology in your home or office are all pulsed technology, and are unnatural energy.
Nature runs off a smooth constant flow of energy, like the sun that gives constant non-pulsed light. Pulsed AI technology is completely backwards to nature’s form of energy, and is toxic to the environment and creatures that live by the daily circadian rhythm.
I have removed as much of the pulsed technology as I can in my health sanctuary, since I know it is very toxic to my well-being.
Good sleep is an essential part of life for us to regenerate at night for the next day’s work, and pulsed technology in my opinion is a hidden unknown assault to most people.
I would recommend not using any type of lighting higher than the Kelvin (K) temperature of more than 2700K.
Incandescent bulbs are warm light and are of the colors orange and yellow. This color temperature is 2700K, this color soothes the soul and should only be used in your home and office.
Cool light on the other hand is bright white and blue and the color temperature is from 4000K – 6500K.
This bright white light has been found to damage the eyes and assault many areas of our physiology, especially disrupting the circadian rhythm.
A circadian rhythm is a natural, internal process that regulates the sleep/wake cycle and repeats on each rotation of the earth roughly every 24 hours.
What Does “Kelvin Temperature” Mean In Lighting?
Color temperature is a way to describe the light appearance provided by a light bulb. The temperature is measured in degrees of Kelvin (K) on a scale from 1,000 to 10,000. Typically, Kelvin temperatures for home, office or commercial lighting applications are usually in the scale
from 2000K to 6500K.
The higher the artificial Kelvin temperature the more stress this causes the body because of this unnatural light and the timing we see the light, either in the day or at night. High kelvin temperatures are more damaging in your house when it comes to getting a good night’s sleep.
I only use the full spectrum incandescent lighting at a color temperature of 2700K or less in my house otherwise my house (inside and outside) is too bright with false light, especially at night when I want my melatonin to release before bedtime to get a good night’s sleep.
As you can see in the picture above – you want your lighting in your house to be around 2700K, which is an orangish colored light. This is a soft warm light and will typically not damage the eyes, or assault your physiology.
As you go up in Kelvin temperature, you see the light becomes more white to blue and less yellow and orange. The whitish blue light is called a “cold light”.
I call this part of the Kelvin temperature spectrum of light “Hot Light” because this light can burn or damage the photoreceptors in the eye permanently.
In my opinion, blue light (LEDs especially) are a light weapon and should not be used in your house or office at all.
What Is An Incandescent Light Bulb?
“An incandescent lamp generates light when electric current heats a tungsten filament wire so that it glows, or incandesces. As the lamp continues to operate, the tungsten slowly evaporates due to the heat. Compact fluorescent lights (CFL) are in the temperature range of 3500 Kelvin, so they are brighter, and have more blue light than 2700K lighting.
LED’s are usually in the range of about 6500K and are very bright bluish white light. This temperature range has been shown to damage photoreceptors and disrupt the circadian rhythms of sleep.

The higher the Kelvin temperature the more damaging the light becomes to the eye. Most people are using these higher Kelvin temperatures and are causing dysfunctions in sleep patterns because the light is too bright for the evening time, when the sun goes down. Light causes our bodies to awaken and darkness causes the body to sleep.
The other two types of lighting compact fluorescent lights (CFL) contain mercury, and if broken, or need to dispose of, they are considered to be hazardous waste. These lights are also toxic to the eyes of humans, insects and wildlife and can cause eye damage, irritation, circadian rhythm, dysfunction, sleep disorders, depression, headaches, slow loss of vision etc. Incandescent light uses a wire filament in the bulb
Is The Powder In CFL’s Or Fluorescent Tubes Dangerous?
There is a small amount of Mercury in all CFLs and fluorescent tubes that must be disposed of as hazardous waste. Mercury is a toxic heavy metal that can cause severe damage to the brain, nervous system, liver, kidneys, lungs, and other vital organs.
When exchanging these bulbs be very careful to not break them and inhale or touch any of the toxic mercury, and other dust particles into your lungs.
Can You Put Fluorescent Light Bulbs In The Garbage?
CFL and fluorescent tube lights are very dangerous if they are broken. They are so toxic they do not want you throwing them aways in the trash. The authorities want you to use two ziplock sealed plastic bags and drop them off at a hazardous waste recycling center.
These lights are so toxic that you cannot even throw them in the trash and if they break, all of the gas, mercury and powder goes into your environment as hazardous waste.
These types of toxic lights seem like silent unknown weapons to me. Replacing the toxic lights to incandescent bulbs is one of the easiest and essential upgrades anyone can do.

LED Or Light Emitting Diode
In my opinion, the LED is the most toxic light to our physiology and well-being. We have all been told that these lights are going to save energy and the LED lights do not need to be replaced as often as incandescent bulbs.
We go to all of the commercial stores now and they all have upgraded to these pulsed LED super bright white-blue lights of about 6500 Kelvin. LED’s are now used in our homes, offices, gyms, schools, street lighting and in most all the places we shop.
Never look into a LED light directly! You will notice if you do – you get a faint burning exposure that is similar to looking directly into a camera flash. You will notice the lights will still be in your eyes when you look away for up to 5-10 seconds. This is the tell tale sign that your eyes just got slightly fried by the extreme white and blue light pulsed light.
What Are LEDs And How Do They Work?

2 – Create An Exercise And Health Space In Your Sanctuary
One of the best things I have added to my health sanctuary is a small space for my exercise area, an FIR sauna and a mineralized hot tub.
You don’t have to buy any heavy equipment to make a dedicated exercise and health area. I use my home gym 3-4 times a week and enjoy it much better than going to the crowded, circulated dead air, LED blue lights and wi-fi filled gym, especially now when they want you to use a mask.
When you watch this video, I will give you an idea of some of the exercise tools I have in my gym. I also have a FIR sauna that I like to use 1-2 times a week and a hot tub where I have added minerals to the water I use and enjoy every night 🙂
If you do not have the space for a permanent FIR sauna, you may want to get a portable sauna – they are inexpensive and work very well.

3 – Create A Microwave And Wireless Free Environment
If you are looking to stay healthy; I would recommend you “Hardwire your House and Office” and remove all wireless devices.
My entire house is now free from wireless transmissions, and that includes all pulsed electronic technologies like wireless doorbells, wireless security systems, smart appliances that have the wi-fi on all of the time, wireless printers, keyboard, mouse, DVR’s, DVD players, X-Box, wireless phones or anything wireless in my opinion is toxic to the human body and mind.
Wireless means that the signal is a microwave, the same microwaves you use in the kitchen heating up a cup of water to boil in a minute.
The strengths are quite different, but they are still microwaves going into the body and brain.
It’s easy to upgrade your wireless to hardwiring all connections, so you don’t have to worry about being cooked with microwaves 24/7.
In my opinion, being bathed constantly with a variety of pulsed electronics and lighting are a significant factor in sickness, hormone and cellular disruption.
To create your house into a health sanctuary; you must clean up the microwaves in the toxic airwaves in the house. This means you want to change your wi-fi router to a hardwired connection or shield your wi-fi router with a protective metal screen shield.
Hardwire your house and office from all wireless connections, or learn how to protect and reduce your exposure as much as you can. Remove wi-fi and cordless phones and only use hardwired connections.
The LED and all cell towers, wifi and all wireless signals are pulsed technologies and should be avoided at all cost if you can. When I think of pulsed technology I think of a weapon to the human body and mind.

You may want to get a meter to check your house for toxic EMFs and microwaves. This is one of the meters I use that is inexpensive and works excellent. This unit also has sound to show you the acoustics from the RF microwaves and EMF’s in your house and office.
Cover your smart meter with this radiation shield. Reduce the toxic emissions of the microwaves from your house. Smart meters are located on your electrical main box on the outside of your house.
4 – Reduce And Protect Yourself From Exposure To EMF
Use the Trifield EMF/ELEC/RF meter around your house to see what kind of toxic invisible fields are in your living space. Unless you have a meter, you really cannot see the whole picture on the exposure levels you may have.
All electrical devices, once activated with electricity, create an unnatural EMF and electromagnetic waves constantly, whether you use the machine or not.
Make sure you unplug the electrical devices, or shut them off from a power strip, to stop all electricity flowing through the machine.
Remove all machines around your bed including an electric alarm clock, cell phones and lights on the nightstand. The area where you sleep should be totally void of all wireless and EMF’s if you can.
5 – Plant Several Fruit And Food Trees Yearly Around Your House
Part of your home sanctuary is to produce as much of the food as you can on your own land. Many people who live in the city cannot have a garden or plant some trees because they live in too small of an area.
This is the main reason I like farm living and not city living. There is no better feeling than to have some of your food growing magically in your yard 🙂
It’s really hard to make your home a sanctuary when you live in the city. Most people only live in the city because they need a good paying job, or if there is more opportunities – not because they like it so much.
I liked the city when I was younger, at first because of all the excitement, people, stores, culture etc. But after a while I just see the city as a toxic haven; noisy, stinky, traffic, crowded, trash everywhere, poverty, homelessness etc.
I now call the cities “The Devil’s Playground”. It’s hard to see this playground when you are living there, but when you leave it for a few years and live in the country then return to the city; you see the city for what it is.
Again, all of the traffic, air and noise pollution, massive wireless tech everywhere, cell towers everywhere, most all of nature is mostly absent in the city except for pigeons and rats.
The best feeling in the world is to have a tree that produces some food for you magically. All you have to do is water and fertilize the plants and they will give you their magic qualities of creating food for you.
I have planted several avocado trees, oranges, rambutan, litchi, mango, mulberries, sapote, passion fruit, pineapples, kumquats, peaches, apples, lemons, limes, macadamia nuts, cinnamon trees and multiple varieties of bananas.
You can buy many of these types of trees from Home Depot or your local garden store for about 25 dollars each, and just about any bigger retail store will have organic plants for sale to start your garden or orchard.
By living on a farm you can have animals as well. I have 8 chickens, 3 ducks, 2 turkeys, 18 sheep, 2 angus cattle, 2 large 250 lbs turtles, 3 macaws and hundreds of wild birds and animals that live here too.
I also have many gardenias, coconut palms, flowers and bamboo to make me feel the paradise of the land, which I have turned into my private sanctuary.
Sweet smelling gardenia flowers are a hit all year round. I have them in the front yard, and I can smell them all throughout the house especially in the evening.
6 – Create An Organic Garden
Planting some of the food you eat is a miraculously adventure to see the miracle of life in action. Create a small area around your house to grow some herbs, spices and veggies.
At this time I am taking a break from all veggies, nuts, seeds, grains and greens in order to rebuild my gut and body. My garden is not in action producing a variety of plants right now like I had previously, except for spices and herbs I grow in planters to add to my food.

7 – Filter Your Water And Create Clean Water
The filtration of your water supply is a very important part when it comes to creating your Home Health Sanctuary.
I have an automatic distiller to purify my water automatically. I also have a 6 stage RO water filtration system as a backup to the distiller. If you live in a place where you have amounts of minerals in your water, then it’s a good idea to use the RO system first for the water you are going to distill.
The reason is; you don’t have to clean the distiller but once every 12 months versus once every month or two. I have the RO system under my sink and I run the tap water through the RO system first, then I pump the clean water to the distiller for the ultimate in distillation.

3 Stage Entire House Water System for Bathing, Laundry and Garden
Typical municipal water is very toxic for bathing or drinking water. The reason is the additives they add to the water like chlorine, chloramine, fluoride and heavy metals such as rust, lead and pesticides that are most likely in the water as well. When I change the filters to the whole house water system every six months, I can’t believe how dirty the filters get.
Clean water is one of the ways you keep yourself and your family healthy, and dirty water is one of the ways you get everyone sick.
This is why I recommend people to get a whole house water filtration system to remove as much of the crap that is in everyone’s water supply, whether they know it or not.
The pipes in most houses (new or old) are always leaking heavy metals from the pipes, rust and particulate matter in the water unseen by the naked eye.
8 – Reduce Toxicity In The Kitchen
In my house and in the retreats I have removed all plastic food containers and toxic teflon cookware, and replaced them with glass, pyrex, mason jars and ceramic cooking pans, so I can to reduce plastic and petrochemicals in my house.
The kitchen is usually one of the easiest places in your house that is easy to upgrade from the toxic teflon cooking pans and plastic storage containers most people use daily. I only use glass to store anything I am going to eat or drink; such as my teas, herbs, spices, leftovers etc.
Never use plastic utensils, dishes, cups etc. They are super toxic to the body in the form of mimicking estrogen and other testosterone lowering and hormone imbalancing chemicals.
Get rid of your toxic microwave oven, or unplug it and use it for dry storage. Microwave ovens destroy the cellular structure of food and are dangerous to anyone close who are using it.
In a microwave oven, alternating pulsed microwaves force atoms to reverse the polarity of fluids of the cells at a startlingly high rate. This creates such violent friction that the water inside the cell, the molecules begin to vibrate and heat up.
The use of microwaves on food destroys the cell structures quite easily by sending high power microwave energy into the cell causing it to explode.
Best not to use these toxic innovations in your household. I only use mine for storage.
The Dangers Of Microwaved Foods
In my opinion, microwaving your foods completely destroys inner cell structures. The inner cell structures of the foods we eat are known to play a role in the food’s abilities to heal and nourish the body.
The bombardment of the microwaves destroys the natural structures of all cells that are radiated with the microwaves thus making the food not only taste different.
Microwaves cook the food from the inside out versus the stove or oven which will cook the foods from the outside in, thus leaving more of the intact cells in the center of the food cooked.
Just to go over this concept one more time, microwaves destroy and break up chemical, molecular and magnetic bonds quite easily. The microwaves can literally rip atoms apart, disrupting the natural and basic biochemical structures of life and we wonder why eating and drinking microwaved foods is so harmful to consume.
Government and industry studies on the internet suggest they pose no threat with the leakage of microwaves and the food being eaten. There is a large amount of evidence and body of knowledge now contradicts those claims.
Again, I only use my microwave now just to store things in it. If you are not using any appliances in your kitchen it is always best to unplug them so they will NOT produce unwanted and invisible electromagnetic fields.
The only thing a microwave is good for is storage.

9 – Remove Toxic Cleaning Products
Most of the conventional store bought cleaning products are super toxic and can be dangerous to use. People who use these toxic cleaners on a daily to weekly basis accumulate the many types of chemicals in the body through the skin, and by breathing in the chemicals.
Only use non toxic cleaning supplies, or make your own very easily by adding a few tablespoons of vinegar with a few drops of coconut oil soap and 10-20 drops of your favorite essential oil.
This is a simple non toxic formula I have been using for 10 years to create an all purpose cleaner for floors, counters, bathrooms and windows. Borax and sodium bicarbonate are both non toxic to use and are excellent for cleaning and sanitizing as well.
Try to stay away from using bleach to clean with, or buying any of the commercial chemical cleaners that have chemical fragrances.
Top Toxic Cleaners Commonly Used
- Chemical based Air fresheners
- Chemical based Fabric softeners and dryer sheets
- Any product with a fake chemical smell or color
- All antibacterial soaps / body wash products
- Corrosive drain cleaners, oven cleaners and toilet bowl cleaners
- All bleach and ammonia products
- Cheap or Expensive products that create a lot of bubbles like shampoo, liquid soap, bubble bath, laundry detergent and animal flea soaps
10 – Add Amethyst And Quartz Crystals To Your Sanctuary
I really like the energy and beauty of the amethyst and quartz crystals. I have many of them scattered around my house where I spend most of my time such as the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, family TV room and my office.
I bought my crystals about 15 years ago straight from Brazil. They are much more expensive now compared to when I bought them, but they are still reasonable for you to get a few of them. Collect 1-2 crystals a year and place them around the house.
Crystals have the capacity to energize, harmonize and amplify energy. I wear an amethyst crystal necklace all of the time directly on the heart chakra, and I feel it makes me feel happy and grounded.
Creating your home sanctuary will take some time to upgrade one area at a time. Once you fix the house and office up though you will feel like your house is not just a place to live but your personal health sanctuary.
