What Do You Do If You Get Cold Or Flu Symptoms?
Most people will take over-the-counter toxic synthetic compounds, prescription drugs mostly made from petrochemicals or dangerous antibiotic prescriptions for sore throats, nasal and lung congestion, mucus dripping, body ache, stomach upset, headache, increased body temperature, can’t sleep and a host of other flu, cold or allergy type symptoms.
Important Concepts To Understand
The simple truth: When we see most sickness or disease, our immune systems are assaulted with either intermittently or constantly, Below are a myriad of mostly unknown hidden toxic assaults that may be in our daily lives causing us to become sick or diseased:

Most people nowadays are also taking a variety of over-the-counter and various addictive or toxic chemical medical prescription drugs such as: statins – to lower cholesterol or other petrochemical based synthetic pharmaceuticals like insulin, synthetic vitamins, antibiotics, thyroid drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives, blood thinners, inhalers, opioids, diet pills, antidepressants/antipsychotics such as Prozac, Zoloft and Paxil to name a few.
When the mind and body are stressed and overwhelmed with a number of these hidden assaults, either intermittently or constantly, the body can easily become susceptible to getting sick with the flu, common cold, infection and or other debilitating autoimmune diseases and cancer.
I am going to show you several natural effective experimental protocols that have personally aided me and tens of thousands of patients and students in the areas of health, wellness and self preventive care programs.
Compromising Our Immune System For The Flu Season
Generally people really want to know what they can do to strengthen their immune system for the cold and flu season. Most of us are compromising our immune systems or operating systems with a massive assault unknowingly assaulting the immune system on a daily basis.

- 1 Year Healing and Transformation Diet – At 60 years old, I am going to show you my physical transformation and experimental results from a 1 year journey of re-nourishing and rebuilding myself from being severely malnourished from a 15 year “Ovo-Lacto Vegan or Vegetarian” plant based diet gaining back 25 pounds of solid muscle from an Anabolic animal based diet.

Simple And Natural Solutions When I Get The Flu
I have used several methods over the past 35 years of clinical practice to remove, or reduce, a variety of pathogens in the body and at the first sign of the flu, any sniffle or infection.
I sometimes call these types of Terrain Modification protocols “Weapons of Mass Destruction” for parasites, pathogens and toxicity.
At first onset of an infection, influenza flu or cold; the infected person usually complains of symptoms of sore throat, stomach upset, mild headache, malaise, sore or stiff joints, tired, foggy headed, sinus drainage.
Immediately, when I have the first sign of sore or swollen glands in the throat, I take immediate action to reduce or remove the infection. If these are truly pathogens, parasites or other anaerobic creatures causing me harm then I can use a variety of effective therapies to slow down or stop the infection.
I sometimes call these Pathogens, Parasites or Anaerobic Creatures – “Demonic Invaders of the Body”.
These mostly unknown pathogens are sometimes termed parasites or anaerobic pathogenic organisms, that make us sick. The best solution is to stop these creatures dead in their tracks before they can take a hold of me, replicating and colonizing in the body to make you sick and feel terrible very quickly.
Drinking Distilled Water And Sauna
Distilled water is very important to use when you are seeking pure clean water to drink daily, use for cooking and add to any detox therapy.
Distilled water supports the flushing and cleaning of the body’s ability to remove toxicity, chemicals and hydrates the body. We also secrete toxicity, chemicals and parasite feces through our skin when we sweat and our urine when we drink plenty of clean water.
I pretty much eat one large meal a day and drink distilled water throughout the day – up to a gallon a day at times, always on an empty stomach. Once I eat my large meal in the evening, I won’t have any water or liquids for at least a few hours to let the protein and fats digest in the strong HCL acid in the stomach.
I will drink 32 ounces of distilled water every time I urinate when using any detox or cleansing protocols. The more you urinate the less side effects in regards to detox reactions.

Distilled water is the only real pure water void of all contaminants, fluoride, chlorine, chloramine, prescription drugs, pesticides, petrochemicals, bacteria and parasites.
With a machine; distilled water is made quite easily by steam distillation. It takes approximately 3 hours to make 1 gallon of pure water in a good steam distiller.

Make sure you buy a stainless steel machine and I would recommend a distiller made in the USA. I have had a lot of problems with the Asian distiller made models.
Steampure Water Distiller – Stainless
I use the sauna every week or if I feel like I am getting the flu or cold. Using the sauna to sweat is also an easy way to reduce detox reactions when using CD or other parasite, detox/cleansing protocols.
“The simple concept of distilled water: While we are sweating in the sauna, clean water goes into the body and washes our body, while the toxic water sweats out through the pores. This is the effect that we are wanting to achieve.“
Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt, Borax And Iodine Gargle
This gargling protocol is an excellent protocol to use right away at the first symptoms and stages of infection, flu, cold, sore throat, swollen neck glands and nasal congestion/mucus drip, candida tongue or throat mucus.
Recipe and Protocols:
- Add 32 oz of Distilled Water in a Mason Jar
- Add ½-1 tbsp of Sodium Bicarbonate (aluminum free)
- Add ½-1 tsp of Sea Salt (Himalayan Salt is best). If using Sole Liquid Salt then use 1 tsp
- Add ½ tsp of Borax
- Add 3-10 drops of 2% Lugol Iodine
- Stir well – can be used to gargle with for several days
- Gargle for 2-5 minutes then spit out. Repeat several times 2-3 times a day
- DO NOT SWALLOW the solution, and repeat it several times throughout the day.
- Tongue Scrape thoroughly when you are finished gargling
Optional: add a few drops of organic steam distilled Peppermint or Eucalyptus Essential Oils to unclog and release mucus drainage
If I ever get a sore throat I do this Gargling Protocol and treatment several times a day for a few days, or until I do not have any more symptoms and are feeling better again.
This is also a good mouthwash to use everyday for good gum and dental health. If you are a smoker I would recommend every time you smoke that you wash your mouth out with this solution. This will remove all of the acid residue and bad taste and breath.
Gargle for 60 seconds and then use a tongue scraper to clean the tongue.
Cleaning the inner ears is also a conjunctive therapy that goes hand in hand with a sore throat, cold or any flu type symptoms. The inner ear and throat areas are connected together and they can easily transfer infection back and forth to the throat, or inner ear areas quite easily.
I will show you the protocols of the inner ear cleansing and detox later on in the description.
Magnesium Sulphate, Sodium Bicarbonate and Borax Powder Hot Bath Soak
This protocol is excellent for people who have the beginning stages of throat infection, the flu or cold especially when joints and muscles become stiff, sore and ache.
I am going to show you one of the best ways to use hot water, a variety of minerals and liquid oxygen as an excellent therapy to relax, detox the skin and pores of the entire body as well as feed the body minerals transdermally through the skin. I will be using several all natural, common mineral compounds and H202 available at most grocery stores or online.
Stress is one of the silent killers of our current age. Stress accumulates on a daily basis, but can be released on a daily basis as well. There are many ways to relieve toxic stress such as: intense exercise, deep meditation, prolonged fasting, deep massage, nutritious food and using a hot water mineral bath like we used to use just 100 years ago for many colds, flu, stress, sore muscles and many other ailments and sickness.
The mineralized hot bath therapy is a stress killer. It is one of my favorite daily therapies I do most evenings before dinner. Deep sleep is very important for regeneration, and we want to have a strong immune system to fight off invaders for the next day of constant biological assaults.
The natural mineral compounds added in combination to the hot water have multiple positive effects such as relaxation, sanitizing the skin/pores and absorbing the minerals through the skin to aid the body in many ways such as alkalizing the tissues and feeding the muscles magnesium sulphate, boron from the borax and trace minerals from the salt.
This therapy really makes me sleep well, and also helps me with my back and neck stiffness. I suffered many low back and neck injuries over the years, and soaking definitely helps keep my injured parts from being in spasm. Many middle aged people have constant stiffness, aches or pain in some part of their body.
Folklore, and in past medical history, shows us hot mineralized hot springs were used for a variety of ailments from sickness from colds, circulation, eczema, skin fungus, ultimate relaxation, stress reduction, muscle therapy, old wrinkled skin, depression, insomnia, respiratory issues, headaches, stiff joints and many more simple complaints relieved.
The amazing part of a hot mineral bath or spa, is that your body starts to absorb the minerals that are in the water through the skin, almost immediately. This has a dramatic effect on rehydrating the cells of the body thus substantial cellular detoxification effects are experienced.
I am going to recreate a super mineralized hot bath and spa using a variety of common natural mineral compounds that are very beneficial to the human body, in the bathtub and in my spa. I am going to use a lot of sulfur, magnesium, boron, sodium, H202 (oxygen) and over 80 trace minerals to match the best healing hot water therapeutic springs in the world.
Since I am going to be in the bathtub for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or as long as I can stand, I will stretch and massage my muscles in the bathtub too. This will help unwind the tension in my tissue and joints releasing stress or toxic tissues.
The mineral compounds that are in the bath soak/hot tub are miraculous in aiding the body when you are stressed both mentally and physically.
By the way, this is the solution I use exclusively in my mineralized therapeutic hot tub. Removing Wax, Bacteria, Parasites and Infections Parasites from The Inner Ears
Most people I have seen in clinical practice since 1984, have some impacted dirty wax – thus toxic clogged inner ears.
Keeping the ears clean, especially when you are feeling under the weather, is a very smart and easy protocol to learn and practice on a monthly or bimonthly maintenance schedule.
Daily use of toxic shampoo or conditioner gets into the inner ear and slowly starts to accumulate toxic buildup, causing the inner ear to become clogged and much easier for infection, or parasites to colonize.
The ear canal connects via the eustachian tubes to the throat. These tubes run between your middle ear canal to the back of the upper throat. The eustachian tubes are mainly responsible for equalizing ear pressures and especially designed for draining fluid from the middle ear. These tubes are usually closed most of the time except when you are chewing, yawning or swallowing they open up to equalize the pressures of the ear.
If I ever would have trouble with any mild ear infections or pain, then I immediately cleanse and detoxify the middle ear. When one has a sore throat or ear infection these two areas should be treated at the time to eradicate the infection from both sides for better results.
Important Note: The eustachian tube can become infected and can then travel into the middle ear, or vice versa, infecting each other.
CAUTION: Never use Q-Tips or cotton swabs internally in the ear!
I clean and detox my inner ears every 30 days or so for general maintenance detox and cleansing. Although, if I have a sore throat or middle ear infection I will use the Gargling Therapy first on the sore throat, and then use the ear cleaning protocols to make sure the throat and middle have been treated together for infection.
Important: I only use an organic Q-Tip, or cotton swabs, on the exterior of the canal and never in the inner ear. The swab can easily push the wax and inner ear toxicities further into the ear canal near the eardrum, causing hearing difficulties and possible infections.

Natural Vitamin C Drink Recipe For Colds And Flu
As we all have been told; vitamin C is essential for all sentient beings in order to have a healthy working immune system. Vitamin C is also a powerful antioxidant that can strengthen your body’s natural defenses.
Antioxidants can be natural or synthetic molecules that can boost the immune system and protect the cells from harmful molecules called “Free Radicals”.
When free radicals accumulate in the body, they can promote a state known as oxidative stress which has been linked to many chronic diseases.

Try to always use a natural form of vitamin C and not the synthetic or chemical version. Acerola cherry and Camu Camu are loaded with vitamin C and other synergistic compounds to increase the absorption rate. So, you might as well use the all natural versions rather than the synthetic chemical forms.

In this recipe I will only use the natural plant forms of vitamin C, instead of a synthetic laboratory made vitamin C.
Scientists say that there is not any difference between natural and synthetic vitamin C, but I beg to differ because plant vitamin C has many other plant combination compounds that the plants have that are combined with the vitamin C for better absorption.
So, if you can, it’s always better to use a natural complete form of vitamin C versus just using a synthetic form of vitamin C which is called Ascorbic Acid.
Stir and drink slowly over the next 15-20 minutes. I will use this protocol several times a day usually for a few days. Side effects can be upset stomach and loose stools.
1 tsp equals approx. 1000 mg Vitamin C or approx. 4 grams
Most people will have loose stools and possibly mild stomach cramping, if taking more than 2000-5000 mg/day of vitamin C.
Using a natural form of vitamin C versus a chemical synthetic vitamin C, in my opinion, is much more effective for reducing the symptoms of cold and flu.
The natural whole plant forms like the Acerola Cherry or from Camu Camu plant from the rain forests, have many other synergistic and complementary natural compounds such as bioflavonoids that increase and enhance absorption.
Is 1000mg Vitamin C Safe?
“You should be able to get all the vitamin C you need by eating a varied and balanced diet. If you take vitamin C supplements, don’t take too much as this could be harmful. Taking less than 1,000mg of vitamin C supplements a day is unlikely to cause any harm.” – src: Vitamins and minerals – Vitamin C – NHS
Personally, I would not take higher doses than 1000mg of vitamin C at one time, only if I was feeling like I was getting a cold or having flu symptoms like a sore throat or congestion.
I have experimented with 2000-5000mg throughout the day on an empty stomach with excellent results, if I am ever feeling under the weather. Taking 200mg and higher at one time can lead to excessive diarrhea for some people.
As with all experimental therapies, I always start out with a low dose to make sure I can tolerate a higher dose.
Warning: Taking large amounts of vitamin C consistently, by use of supplementation, can possibly lead to the forming or further accumulation of kidney stones which are usually made up of oxalate crystals. The excess vitamin C is excreted through the kidneys in the form of oxalates.
I will always try to get my maintenance/daily vitamin C intake from fresh local organic fruits and not from supplements. I would only use an organic natural and not a chemical form of vitamin C as a supplement.
For maintenance therapy, I will usually have a hot vitamin C tea or booster drink, 1 time a week, to add to the potency of my immune boosting regime.

Liposomal Vitamin C
Most people have not heard of “Liposomal Vitamin C“. This is the most absorbable form of vitamin C. Most people do not use the form because of the higher cost of the product. Liposomal vitamin C is a revolutionary approach to introducing vitamin C into your system.
Liposomes use a phospholipid bilayer formed around water and, in this case, vitamin C. The outer casing protects the vitamin nutrient inside from the low pH of the stomach acid damage that might otherwise occur during normal digestion.

Can Liposomal Vitamin C Cause Kidney Stones?
“The study found that those who took high doses of vitamin C supplements doubled their risk of getting a kidney stone. As we know, kidney stones are often composed of calcium oxalate. When excess vitamin C is excreted by the body, it is usually in the oxalate form, and this may lead to more stones.” – src: Can Vitamin C Cause Kidney Stones? – Medscape
I would not recommend taking large amounts of any type of vitamin C daily because some people have suffered from oxalate accumulation in the kidneys, joints and muscles from excessive ingestion. Taking too much vitamin C has been shown to increase oxalate formation in the joints, muscles and the organs.
If you are going to take a vitamin C supplement make sure it is all natural fruit form without any fillers or binders.
Fruit is the easiest way to get an ample amount of daily vitamin C.
Most vitamin C supplements on the open market use synthetic vitamin C or ascorbic acid, and are only using the vitamin C isolate instead of the entire molecules and compounds of the natural fruit. Synthetic vitamin C is void of the microminerals, flavonoids and other components of the whole fruit which is said to amplify the activity, absorption and bioavailability of vitamin C.
The majority of this synthetic vitamin C is originally derived from GMO corn and processed with petrochemicals like acetone. Organic supplements and products are not supposed to use any synthetic or toxic chemicals in processing.
When I feel symptoms of a cold or flu, I will experimentally increase daily doses of natural vitamin C everyday for a week or so, until cold and flu symptoms reside.
Lemon Mushroom Quinine Tea For Colds And Flu
This Shamanic recipe is an excellent medicinal tea to boost your immune system and support the removal of a variety of parasites with the use of quinine from the cinchona tree, or from grapefruit skins.
This is one of my favorite medicinal teas I like to drink 2-3 times a month, or if I feel like I’m catching a cold and not feeling good.
The main ingredient is a compound called quinine which comes from the skin of grapefruit, or the bark of the Cinchona tree, to get a natural source.
I learned this medicinal recipe from the medicine shamans, also known as the medicine plant people of the deep jungles of the Amazon, when I was visiting Peru a few years ago. I got a chance to learn how the shamans use the forests plants for most of the medicines they create, to treat the local town people with various types of sickness from physical, mental and emotional dysfunctions and sickness.
The Shamans use this type of a natural quinine recipe for people who have malaria, intestinal bloating or irritation, parasites, malaria, cold or flu symptoms, and for many other ailments and illnesses.

What Is Quinine?
Quinine is made from the bark of the cinchona tree and has been used to treat malaria (a disease caused by parasites that infect the red blood cells) for almost 400 years, according to a paper published May 2011 in Malaria Journal.
However, quinine can have serious side effects. Quinine can also be found in grapefruit skins, but is more concentrated in the Cinchona Bark Tree.
Potential Side Effects of overdose of Quinine poisoning:
- Blurred vision
- Change in vision color
- Hearing loss
For this recipe, I will be using Cinchona Bark and Grapefruit skins. I will also show you how I extract the quinine used for the common cold, flu and many other types of parasitic diseases by the medicine shamans of Peru.
This is one of my most effective and favorite medicinal teas that I try to drink 1-3 times a month, or at the first sign of a cold, flu or not feeling well.

Using The Nasal Neti Pot For Cleansing The Sinus Cavities
Using a Neti pot is one of the best ways to cleanse the sinus cavities where most people complain of stuffy nose, mucus drip, allergies, mold and sinus pressure from the flu or common cold.
What do you do when you get stuffy or draining mucus from your nose? These protocols I am going to share with you are very effective, inexpensive and can be learnt very easily.
The Neti pot sort of looks like Aladdin’s lamp. Neti pots are very easy to use and usually people will have great results when trying to handle sinus symptoms or cleaning the sinus cavities.
I have found out if you have an infection, allergies or the beginning stages of the flu or common cold then its best to clean out the sinus cavities using some over the counter compounds using diluted food grade H202, Sodium Bicarbonate, Borax and Iodine.
