Veggie Pineapple Superfood Smoothie with Hummus Dessert – Remove Toxic Accumulated Intestinal Debris with this Super Nutrient and Detoxification Elixir.
This tasty enzyme rich veggie and fruit smoothie was mixed up in the moment using what I had on hand.
These smoothies not only taste great, but are an essential fruit medicine that many cultures have been using for thousands of years for both sickness and to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Fresh organic pineapples are one of the best ways I have found to have much enzymatic aid in breaking down accumulated toxic debris that we all have in our small and large intestines. Pineapples are one of natures simple ways for us to keep and stay healthy.
The pineapples must be organic – because the conventionally grown pineapples are sprayed massively with pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, glyphosate, chemical fertilizers, and then usually chemicals of many types are soaked or gassed into the pineapples to preserve them or to slow down their ripening maturation.
Remember, most of these exotic fruits are usually being grown in the tropics somewhere, so the farmers and commercial food distributors use what ever means available to preserve them until they are sold at market.
Pineapples are so magical I have planted over 300 of them over the past 6 years on my farm in Hawaii.
A single pineapple takes about 1 year to grow to maturity, and the green tops of the pineapple are the roots and can be replanted to grow another very easily. This is how I grow all of my pineapples for free now. I personally have 1-2 fresh pineapples a week when they are in season.
The bromelain in pineapples is primarily a meat-tenderizing enzyme, which is why it is so helpful in the digestion of tough foods.
Some amazing benefits of real organic pineapples (not canned!): Aids indigestion, protects against constipation and IBS, softens accumulated intestinal debris, boosts immunity and improves circulation, reduces inflammation in bones and tissues, helps heal wounds, treat coughs and colds, improve bone health, excellent for rejuvenation of the skin and improves vision.
A single serving of pineapple has more than 130% of the daily requirement of vitamin-C for human beings, making it one of the richest and most delicious sources of ascorbic acid.
Never use canned and processed pineapples! In my opinion they are totally toxic and full of sugar/pasteurized/dead of live cultures and full of chemicals from the canning/processing and commercial growing practices.
I wanted to make a smoothie, so this is an idea on the fly that you can can easily put together for yourself and your family depending on the foods, fruits, superfoods and minerals you have. This recipe as all recipes can be made anyway you like.
Veggie Pineapple Superfood Smoothie Recipe:
Use 1/2 -1 organic fresh pineapple. Trim the sides of the skin off carefully, add to the Vita Mix and then you can use the skin to make pineapple ferments (I personally use the white pineapples not the yellow ones).
- 1 Very Overripe Pineapple and some Citrus
- 1 Tangerine or 1 Orange
- 2 big Bell Peppers or other veggies that are organic
- 2 heaping tbsp of Golden Berries
- 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 1 tsp Organic Maca
- Hemp Seeds
- 1 Whole Ripe Organic Avocado
- 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
- 5 drops of Fulvic Acid
- 1 tsp of Living Silica
- 10-20 drops of Ionic Magnesium Minerals
- 2 Organic Whole Bananas (really makes the drink taste exotic and creamy)
- 1/2 Organic Lemon
- 2 tbsp of Organic Olive Oil
- 1/2 – 1 tsp of Organic Vanilla Powder
- 1 heaping tsp of any Organic Super Green you desire: Spirulina, Blue Green Algae or Chlorella, or a combination of all 3
- 2-5 drops of Organic Liquid Stevia (if you are wanting a sweeter taste without any of the toxic sugar calories)
- 1/4 tsp of Organic Cayenne Pepper
- Mesquite Powder for flavor
- Organic Nutmeg or Cinnamon to taste
- 1-2 tbsp of Organic Tahini
Lemon is optional but the acid from the lemon really emulsifies the oils perfectly and gives it a very different taste than if you did not use the lemon. It tastes really good either way but the lemon changes the drink and nutrition bio-availability immensely.
Use a dash of Himalayan Salt (I prefer Sole Salt (Hydrated Liquid Salt) drops).
Use the Concentrated Magnesium Minerals, 2 tbsp of Living Silica and Super Greens combination of Blue Green Algae and Spirulina to get all of your chlorophyll and bio-available protein.
Garnish with Hemp Seeds, Golden Berries and Macaroon Coconut Shavings on top of your drink with a piece of mint.
In this video we also are showing you how easy it is to make some Hummus and Red Hibiscus Flower Water.
Please drink this elixir slowly and have as much as you want for a detox and super nutritional replacement meal.
Remember, the premiere ingredient is to have a raw organic pineapple that is natural and fresh. Its always recommended to use overripe fruit when making these fermented smoothies.
