Dr. Bronner’s is a good brand of soap to use and I always dilute it too. The toothpaste I use is made with activated charcoal and coconut oil from a brand called My Magic Mud.

While I can’t speak to what Dr. Cassar uses, I typically don’t use a shampoo to wash my hair. Instead I use my finger nails or gua’sha tools with the hot water. When I do use something in my hair I will use apple cider vinegar as a conditioner and sole salt with sodium bicarb to help reduce any grime that might accumulate.
