Moringa Lemon Baobab Elixir Drink

Aloha all, Start your day out right with enough mineralized green liquids. We are going to make a super nutritious mineralized drink that is so easy and simple to make.

I am making this drink for myself this morning to give me a clear mindset. You are what you eat, drink, see, feel, touch and do … Keep that in mind when you eat or drink suboptimal dead foods or sugary drinks. This drink is not only nutritional but is also very washing/regenerative for the intestinal tract too because of the MSM that we add. The super Greens are keep us all healthy.

Drinking a variety of the liquids of vitality is one of the best ways to upgrade your whole existence with vitality and inspiration.

If you want this drink more whipped up and creamy then you can add 1-2 tbs of coconut oil and blend on high for about a minute or so and you will get a super creamy drink or just mix up in a glass container and drink as I do. If you want the drink to have a little sweeter taste then do not use sugar please use stevia instead.

Stevia has zero calories so this is one of the best ways to decrease your sugar load.

Do not use stevia that has been processed with chemicals or added alcohol.
