You don’t even have to change your diet to start this very effective and essential practice which will bring back health and vitality to the skin / pores / support optimal lymph flow / youthfulness etc.

Part 1 is a Short Mini Lecture on the Beginning Ideas, Disciplines and Understandings, and Part 2 is a Visual Hands-On Demonstration. We are going to introduce to you a beginning therapeutic technique called “Gwashing”.

This is by far one of the easiest and efficient ways to:

  • Detox and Rejuvenate the Skin, Pores and Body Fat
  • Remove Wrinkles, Sagging Skin and Large Clogged Pores
  • Supports Moving the Lymphatic System

We call this new technique “Gwashing”, which is a combination of the old ancient therapy called “Gua Sha”. We also add, using a variety of dissolving, washing and nutrifying therapeutic minerals and lubricants.

First of all, the “Skin” is the Largest Organ and Detox System in our Body.

We have over 250 private videos on many beginning, intermediate and advanced techniques, protocols, disciplines ideas, concepts etc. to take your experience to the next level of detoxification and rejuvenation.

Remember the skin is the largest organ of the body and it weighs about 10 pounds on average. This is one of the most important and easiest organs to keep clean and flowing!

Remember, FLOW is EVERYTHING!!!

Everything in Life is all a “Work in Progress”.

You are what you “Eat, Drink, Say, Hear and Do”, so be conscious of that.

Aloha Margaret, Dr c here :)) Vodka is the best to use for sure. i go to Costco and get the 6 times distilled versio of Kirkland for 13.99 … once you put the minerals and the rest of the elixir in the vodka then it becomes a true alcohols mineralized/detoxification/rejuvenation and cleaning solution for the skin and the pores.

Learn the variety of g’washing sauna vids … Why do you not want use the vodka ?

It will not make you feel high or you will not feel and conscious change to your normal. What you will find out is you will rid the body of billion’s of parasitic passengers living on the skin and in the pores. I amean billions for sure.

You can try using raw apple cider vinegar if you don’t want o use the vodka. I am not sure why you don’t want to use it so I cant answer your question to directly?

  1. Hi Dr. Cassar,

Thanks for posting this video … very helpful! I implemented the weekly dissolvital protocol quite a while back (probably 1-2 years now) doing it weekly alternating between the acidic and alkaline solutions. I had gotten away from the guasha; however, since watching this video I’ve begun a couple minor alterations to my routine based on your terrain modification little adjustments suggestion … 1) am doing the guasha daily a body section at a time in the shower, and 2) I included the 10% silica into the magnesium chloride solution and am applying daily after the shower. Before i was just applying the 100% mag. chloride weekly after the dissolvital cleaning.

Doing the guasha on the whole body at first can be a chore so I really liked the section at a time during the shower as a simpler, easier approach to do this. Anyhow, we’ll see how it works and keep adjusting. Thanks again for sharing the video. I really appreciate what you’ve done that I can benefit from and love the authenticity you bring to your mission. Keep up the great work!

    Adam

  2. Hi Dr R,

I’ve bought my self an FIR sauna and uses it twice a week, 3 times if lucky. I’ve gone heavy on the gwashing and now my skin craves it(gets really itchy when I get a river sweat going).

I don’t seem to have any results with the vodka wash though.
I’ve only used it twice but nothing seems to come off ;and Im rubbing till im red skinned.
The ratios are correct and its 4 times distilled vodka(thats the best i could find)
When I watch you do it its like the crap wipes off of you easy. Am I possibly doing something wrong or is my skin that plugged??

Aloha David, Are you putting all of the MSM, Sodium bicarb, mag minerals, silica, DE or anything else?

It really takes time to open up the skin and pores. Most people need to do the variety of therapies that I show on Earther Academy and do them all.

The body should river sweat in the sauna in 5-7 minutes when the skin pores are open. Watch all of the videos in the sauna to get some ideas that I do on myslef and others. Most people skin has a lot of hardening and what is called scleroderma .. a hardening of the skin and tissues. wrinkles are sclero and usually we are all plugged up with plastic and other petroleum particulates on the skin and in the body causing it to get plugged.
You really have to scrub hard and soak the skin in the vodka solution sometimes several times and then scrub really aggressive to the skin and pores.

I rub on mag coco oil .. coco oil .. silica and cacao butter on my skin sometimes several times a day to soften up the tissues.

      1. Hi Dr R,
At the moment its winter here and my sauna is in an under cover area out side. Its about 6-9 Celcius in the evenings when I get a chance to use it so even if its set to 55C it takes a little longer for the body to warm up.
I have everything in the vodka bar the MSM. I use the Mag oil and Coconut oil after the shower every other day but especially after a sauna.
I have some sea shells to scrape the skin and it is defiently getting stronger as there is very little bruising or makings coming up in that regard. ( The legs seem tougher and Im just getting started on my face) Will just keep persisting with the alcohol wash and im sure it will pay off in the long run.
        Thanks for the prompt reply.

        Regards
        Dave

  3. Really appreciate the time and integrity you put into your videos. I would like to know what you base thin skin being healthy on? Babies have the healthiest skin and their skin is plump and beautiful. I haven’t watched all your videos but I never hear you reference collagen , which is an important element of healthy skin. To my knowledge, the only people who have truly thin skin are old people who’ve lost the collagen and their skin. Thin skin is usually a sign of aged skin that has lost its collagen and fiber. I would like to know your thoughts on this. Also I’d like to know what the stuff you call cheese is really composed stuff. Can you have it analyzed? Thank you

Aloha Jo, thin skin is a healthy part of ourselves that makes us the superior solar panels to uptake the biological plasma that is free for all of us to take in its inforamtion and pure energies.
We all have about 6-7 layers of skin … this is the transparent part of the skin and below that is the balloon or what is called the lymphatic system when this filter gets clogged very easily in this day and age.

The pore puss and other unknown garbage that comes out of the skin is not the good stuff for sure. We are sending to the labs in the future but this is not a cheap ordeal for sure. the skin is the grand filter .. it really doesn’t matter what comes out but when you d this for about 6 months you will see a huge difference in the clarity and transparency of the skin and pores.

My skin is see through … that is what the skin is transparent … and I have met many people that have gotten their skin to become transparent and be able to call the skin their best detoxification organ they own that works very efficiently.

Have fun with the various protocols.

      :)) Dr r

  4. Hi Dr Cassar. I’ve recently bin practicing more advanced gua sha. But I had experienced some serious hemorage at the bottom of my bicep near the joint. It’s almost like a ruptured vein. Is this normal to happen on occasion and should I worry about it? It’s now hard and purple in color. Mild in pain. Thanks. Hope to hear from you. -Peter stcatharines ontario

Aloha Pete, When doing anything new you have to really experiment with waht works better with you. Bruising is normal .. it is called ecymosis and is where the blood is renewing the areas that are sick and not getting blood supply. You should always have a lubricant on when G’washing like coco oil or in the sauna to get soft before you try to break down the harder tissues.

You don’t want to bruise to much at first and the bruising should only last a few days. Always use the magnesium oil and coco oil on the bruises to help them push out some of the stale tisses.
Always use the magnesium minerals, silica and coco oil daily to help soften the skin and feed the bodies nutrients through the skin.

Make sure you are cleaning the skin every few days to 1 x a week and then re-lubricate with the protocols for protecting the skin and pores.

Keep watching all of the in the sauna workshops to gain more pointers.

Its all a work in progress for sure :))

      :))Dr r

  5. Good Day Dr. Robert,

I am a 36 year old fitness enthusiast and I come from mixed racial backgrounds.

Ever since I begun machine shaving my skin, which first took place in 2008, I have been getting a minor shade darker with every following shave.

Based on your immense experience, are you able to determine the reason for this happening ?

    Thank you in advance.

P.S – I sweat very much during my fitness routines.
