This 10 Minute Morning Stretching Routine video is a short intro of what I do every morning to unwind and get ready for the tasks ahead of me.

It only takes 10 minutes to unwind yourself from sleeping all night long. This is a “Get Up and and Go Routine” I like to do 2 times a day and 7 days a week.

It is vitally important to learn the Terrain Modification protocols, practices and principles in the over than 50 departments.
