Aloha all, Interviewing Chris Russo from New York, Who has successfully finished our 21 Day ”Terrain Modification Academy” specializing in detoxification and rejuvenation on the Big Island of Hawaii.

First of all he came here to reset himself in many ways. One of the best ways to reset yourself is to dry yourself out with what we call ”DRY WATER” which is distilled water we make here at the Hawaiian retreat center. Drying the body and the mind is the first and foremost way to start the reset program. It takes about 3 days to get the body and the mind to accept ”ketone’s” or to go into the state of ”Ketosis”.
