LIQUID DIET? Save your broths from vegetable cooking for the days you are not dry water fasting but liquid fasting. They are both nutritious and delicious. I am enjoying some broth from the cooking water of black eyed peas. Three known flavor enhancers are salt, fat and sugar. So, in cooking, I added some sole salt, red onion and coconut oil. (Didn’t need sugar since onion and peas are sweet). Also imitation bacon bits for flavor. (The brand of beans I bought came with a little packet of ham flavoring, I think.) The broth today was a little bland, so added a little more sole salt and coconut oil. These piqued the flavor and coconut oil satisfies hunger (recommended on a dry water fast, along with ferments). The broth is not completely clear, meaning it has many particles of the high protein black eyed peas. Try it sometime!
