Probiotic Drink 7 years agoThe Orange/Bitter Orange (Kumquat) ferment is my favorite. The coconut/banana one just doesn’t appeal so I am not taking any. Not enough banana. I used a frozen piece that wasn’t ripe yet. Rather than starting over, I will buy a bunch of bananas, let them ripen, pour out some of the water, peel, and add about 3 whole ones to the jar. I’ll let you know if the taste improves. I must say I am very pleased that I don’t have to buy Activia yogurt ever again.
