    Day 6, Round 2. DAY OF LIQUIDS!! It’s 8:08 AM and I’ve already had magnet water, Hibiscus Tea, some Orange ferment, and my version of Oolong Tea. Laid out on the counter for todays’ sipping is one beef bouillion cube, chicken bouillon powder, peach tea mix, Onion soup mix, and Roasted Seaweed Chips. The coffee pot will be a’perkin’ too before long. Oh, I did take a chewy caramel CALCIUM because I need it for my bones. Don’t tell my husband he’s right. I’m a little bit sleepy because I stayed up all night partially I’m excited to be back in the SWIM of watery fasting. This is how I did my first day of Round 1 (14 days). I don’t know yet if I’ll make it past dinnertime because I’m used to intermittant fasting (having FOOD at 6pm) but if I do, it will be turned into soup of some sort! I’m a FISH. Everything I eat has to be in WATER today, or flaked seaweed like I used to feed my goldfish!!! Splish-Splash. > Have a Good Aloha Day. Come in, the Water’s Fine.

    • Other things allowed that add to my above list that Dr. Cassar says is OK if hungry. A spoon of coconut shortening (coconut oil) and some sweet relish (store bought) . Very Tart-t-t-t. Lemon water. Seaweed. I made my husband Pineapple Ham and vegetarian Hawaiian Rice, but I couldn’t eat the meat (anymore), so I made soup out of the rice and to make it a complete protein added some spicy black beans and rice and magnet water. It’s really good and I don’t think it will hurt my stomach like solid foods have about killed me on a fast!
