    Day 2, 2nd time. Slept very well. Fasted until 6 pm and had a small bowl of homemade bean soup (made like Campbell’s) , soda crackers, Greek yogurt with Splenda (our friend), vanilla extract (real) and a strawberry. (Did you know strawberries whiten your teeth?) I added a T. of the Greek yogurt (which I believe has different probiotics than regular yogurt) to my two ferments (orange/kumquat and coconut) because I thought maybe they were developing yeast from the time I poured wine into the oranges and took a sample of that to make my coconut one. I’m going to look up why my orange ferment started tasting salty. Tomorrow I will have a small taste of each.They are Powerful A little less energy today. Drank a gallon or more of magnet water today and one time flavored with sugar free Orange Crush mix. Last night after I had gone to bed after drinking a huge glass or two of magnet water and my stomach made gurgling sounds from one side to the other. Could that be the swimmers are training for the Olympics? Oh! and I have lost 13 lbs since I started 23 days ago. My skin is very clear on the skin protocols. Without even trying I am weaning myself off of meats. That’s why I had the navy bean soup tonight. Some peanut butter because I didn’t have rice and wanted to make a complete protein. I’m drinking two more glasses before bed tonight and again every time I get up. I will see you guys tomorrow!
