My first and second day of fasting was tough. But I found I could drink chicken bouillion (Goya brand actually has chicken in it), tea with splenda and a splash of Carnation), sweet relish, magnet water (my recipe in another blog), my spa water (recipe) my version of Dr. Cassars spa water (water, lemon, unflavored Milk of Magnesia, vanilla extract, a Doan’s back pill (magnesium), 2 aspirins, and a niacin, splenda). It tasted like frosted lemonade and was very satisfying. (Anything is good on a water fast!), also made some tomato soup from a can using soy milk, a couple soda crackers (ok, more than a couple), coconut oil, more relish, water, water, water, and a pinch salt at night (not mixed in water) so I wouldn’t be up all night peeing. Oh, I made my icecubes out of magnet water, too. It got so much easier the 3rd day and I was able to get through it (asleep, to be honest). I did this about 3 days and then had one light meal a night like salad or soup. Chili with beans (spaghetti sauce+one can of chili+one can of kidney beans+celery seed) and red onion helps keep me regular. However, sleeping so much slowed down my digestion system so had to use stimilant laxative a few days later! You can do this! If I can do it and not be flat on my face, weak, hallucinating and starving, you can, too!

…ALSO hot tea, green tea, black coffee, aloe, unsweetened lemonade mix, sugar free lime jello; and lemon jello (both with a bit of Splenda sweetened yogurt folded into the big pieces to make it taste like pies. A roasted seaweed sheet, beef bouillon cube. The first day was difficult because I kept wanting something in my stomach.
