    I enjoy a series of breath
    get comfortable
    3 breaths you can increase the interval as you progress
    in through nose 3sec
    hold for 3 sec
    out of mouth 6 sec
    slowly exhale with a HAHhhhh!
    repeat for 5 min 10 min or as you see fit
