Hi All, am new here. I don’t have a Cam in my Laptop so I cant seem to ask Dr. Robert a question. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to prevent and alleviate Gout. I get the no Alcohol, red meat , shell fish… but wanted something advanced. I am new here. Aloha
