Dr. Robert Cassar 10 years, 2 months agoI am wondering if any males over the age of 30 have lost their leg hair, specifically the shin area and if anyone has any theories behind what this may be caused by. And any ideas on how to restore it.

Deep in Central CA there is mysterious Adobe Springs, where pure MgHCO3 water bubbles up. rare & costly, so I make my own . I want to take it internally. Would you take like a teaspoon in a cup of water, mix it up and drink it or would you let it settle to the bottom of the cup and just drink the water on top of it?
