(Wonderful Fruit Salad my mom makes at Christmas. I’m going to turn it into a ferment). Use Organic ingredients, when available.

Water Fasting 7 years, 5 months agoLIQUID DIET? Save your broths from vegetable cooking for the days you are not dry water fasting but liquid fasting. They are both nutritious and delicious. From my book on IRIDOLOGY, I remember that if you have HEAVY METALS in your system, you may have a silvery sheen over your irises and pupils. Has anyone else studied the subject? Do you think it is a Pseudo Science?

Original Healthy Recipes 7 years, 5 months agoFASTING”TORTILLA” SOUP (Mostly water, meatless, and with optional Chick Peas for protein) A good tomato broth when fasting.)
In 2 T. COCONUT OIL plus 2 T. BLACK OLIVE BRINE (or ORGANIC OLIVE OIL )
Saute:
1/8 C. RED ONION
2 cloves minced GARLIC (or omit)
1/2 sliced CARROT and 4 in. piece of SLICED CELERY (or substitute CELERY TOP LEAVES or CELERY SEED)

ALOHA! Fasted 19 hrs and then broke it with a about 3/4 c. of mixed rice, black beans and green beans. (Protein/Veggie). Need to run to store for some FRESH SALAD ingredients. Tonight I will probably make a large pot of “Taco Soup” (mostly water, with chick peas) and I’ll share the recipe. This will be for tomorrow or for when hungry and liquid fasting. Health 7 years, 5 months agoDid you know that your fingernails can tell you if you have heavy metals? If you have no “moon” in the nail bed. I DON’T EXCEPT ON THUMBS! Lead makes the nails turn white. Lack of Zinc causes ridges. I am going to ask for a chelation test or maybe order one online. If I have mercury, there is nothing I can do except replace all my crowns. In case ya’ll didn’t know, in the American Southeast , YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO DIE unless there is a Church Lady cooked, huge buffet of filling comfort foods! I took no meats and filled my plate with lots of legumes and casseroles and “salads” (like potato)…Read More
